Huckleberry Hearts Licenses
Huckleberry Hearts offers two different types of licenses, Single User License and Multi-User License. For license info about products purchased before June 21, 2022, please visit the old license page.
Quick Reference for the Single User License
The Single User License covers one person/user/sole proprietor to use Huckleberry Hearts designs for an unlimited number of end products.
What is covered with the Standard License?
- Personal/non-profit use of Huckleberry Hearts designs on an unlimited number of end products
- Commercial use of Huckleberry Hearts designs on an unlimited number of end products (tumblers, t-shirts, stickers, signs and more!)
- Design and sell physical products using Huckleberry Hearts designs so long as those products are solely made by you
- Use Huckleberry Hearts designs on your blog, social media account, website, newsletter, etc
What is NOT covered with the Single User License?
- No reselling, sharing, or giving away Huckleberry Hearts designs as-is
- You may not sell end products using Huckleberry Hearts designs if you use a third party manufacturer (You must purchase the Extended License add-on for this.)
- You many not resell Huckleberry Hearts designs in the same or nearly the same form as a standalone product or bundled with other products (No selling of Huckleberry Hearts designs in digital, clipart, or scrapbook bundles.)
- Graphic designs may not be used in a pornographic, defamatory, offensive, or unlawful manner.
Optional Extended License Purchase
Huckleberry Hearts products may be eligible for an Extended License add-on. This license allows for third party companies and/or third party printers to manufacture goods on your behalf.
